Gender is a biological duality, what you are referring too is schizophrenia.

That’s cool. I’m not going to argue with you in the way that you want, instead I’m going to try a different avenue that I haven’t seen before in this conversation.

Who fucking cares?

Biology gave us cancer, biology gave us death, biology is some weak shit where you have to take some ibuprofen, or melatonin, or chemo, or fucking viagra to get through your day and nights.

Biology doesn’t matter, life is all about just having the freedom to be who you want to be, when you want to be. It’s individualism, it’s freedom, are you telling me that you hate freedom?

Biology is just some super lame shit, we have medicine and surgeries, and fucking protein shakes to make up for the fact that biology is just weak as hell. Just like your argument about fuckin’ “bIoLoGiCAl DuAliTiEs”.

Who fucking cares about that bullshit? Freedom-hating bullshitters like you apparently.

So who cares about the need for it? The argument for it? It’s weak dude. Get over yourself and find yourself. Who fucking cares?

This take is biologist approved 👍

“Abolish Golf”

Sticker spotted in Chicago, Illinois.

A typical golf course uses 200 million gallons of water a year. There are over 16,300 golf courses in the United States.

That’s nuts.

Ngl I hate golf and I’m all for this. They put a golf course in our public park at the expense of hundreds of centuries-old live oak trees. Half of the walk around the park you’re just looking at an empty golf course. Like 2 people want to play golf. So annoying.

Golf was a game developed in Scotland, where it rains up to 250 days of the year, and where the courses use very hard-wearing grass. The sand in the bunkers is because it used to be played on the coast - these traditional courses are called “Links” courses. The top Links course in Scotland, Royal Dornoch, uses no mains water at all. They have their own rainwater collection system.

It wasn’t originally intended to be played in the middle of a desert on lush green turf that takes thousands of gallons of water a day to maintain. Unless you can keep the course alive using only rainwater collection, it shouldn’t exist.

U.S. conservatives always talk about creating jobs but get SO MAD whenever anyone mentions banning prison labor like imagine the insane ammout of jobs that would be created literally overnight if companies in your country had to actually employ people instead of using slave labor from people that got caught with weed 10 years ago.

“your rent should be a third of your income” well wouldn’t that be nice. wouldn’t it. lower the rent pussy

Casual observation from someone old enough to remember: in the year 2000 financial advice was that rent should be no more than ¼ of your income.

Until the mid 80s, the advice was that if you must rent instead of owning, then that 20% of your monthly income (oh yes, only 20%) should include all your utilities too.

After all, rent costs more than a mortgage, so it should offer more too.

The housing market is a fucking travesty.

Hmm what happened in the mid eighties….

Last post touching on the Hawaii situation:

Please disregard reporting that puts tourism front and center of this story. Lahaina is so much more than a tourist attraction. It is so so culturally significant and historic and fucking important. The islands are more than a tourist attraction and the residents deserve to be seen as fucking people. Please.
